Depending on the needs of the client, we are ready to provide both a full service for real estate maintenance and provide certain types of services on the Costa del Sol.
For a moderate monthly fee, our experts will monitor your home in your absence (whether it be a villa, townhouse or apartment).
We will check for damages after bad weather, prepare the house for your arrival, clean the pool and take care of the garden: we cut the lawn, trees, etc.
For this service, it will be necessary to conclude an agreement between the parties, according to which we undertake to inspect the property on a regular basis: ventilate the premises, drain the water in the bathrooms and notify the owner of any damage.
Additional types of services not provided in the contract are paid separately after the cost is agreed between the parties. These services can be:
