Dani Garcia opens 2 new restaurants in Marbella!

The famous and most Andalusian chef with an international name, Dani Garcia, announced the next stage in his stellar career. Recall that Dani Garcia is the owner of numerous awards, including the most honorable ones: 2 Michelin stars and 3 Rapsol suns.

Not so long ago, he left the Melià Don Pepe restaurant beloved by many, explaining that it was time for new breakthroughs and experiments. And first of all, Garcia announced the 'democratization' of his author's cuisine. Democracy is manifested not so much in prices as in freedom of choice: now customers can choose their own dishes from the menu.

Both restaurants opened in one of the best five-star hotels in Marbella - Puente Romano.
The first restaurant, a modest chef named after himself - 'Dani Garcia Restaurante'. Laconic but loud! This establishment has a vertical garden and is located in the inner square of the hotel.
The capacity is about 60 guests and covers an area of 900 m2. The owner himself thought over the interior and serving. The author's menu of the Dani Garcia restaurant was inspired by the fairy tale of the beloved writer Lewis Carroll 'Alice in Wonderland' and is called 'Once Upon a Time'. The menu includes about 20 dishes, including carrot cupcake, caviar appetizers, tuna liver and other author's delights. There are also abbreviated versions. In general, try to eat that!
In addition, the maestro is famous for his famous and incomparable cherry gazpacho, gazpachuelo with blue whiting and sea shells, crab dishes, which are also on the menu. “I want you to move to another world where all the sensations are completely different from what you have ever experienced. Through the looking glass,” Garcia calls out mysteriously.
For prices: you can taste the tasting menu by paying only 148 euros. There are simpler and cheaper options: an easy six-position option for only 65 euros!
At the same time, Dani notes: “I did not do this because of the crisis. There are simply people who physiologically cannot overcome a full meal. I want our customers to try what they want, not what we need.”

The second restaurant is located just 10 meters from the Dani Garcia restaurant. It is less like a restaurant. Rather, it is a cafe-restaurant called 'Brasserie&Tapas Andaluzas Bibo' - or Bibo for short.
This establishment is even more democratic (you can dine there for only 25 euros!), so there are a lot of young people and couples among the visitors. Opens from noon and closes late at night. It was based on such an audience that Dani compiled his menu, in which there is a place for hamburgers, pizza, and Peking duck. Although among the dishes you can find such sophisticated ones as oysters with ahoblanco sauce and yuzu, sea bass with ginger, steak tartare or Robuchon shrimp.
Among the wines of particular note is the Freixenet group. It presents the widest range of cava, starting from the most affordable in the price category, ending with such as Elyssia gran cuvée, which, moreover, does not exceed 12 euros in wine cellars. Or wine Gibalgin 2012 (wine of Cadiz). This wine was awarded a gold medal in the international competition Challange internacional du vine - the largest competition in the field of winemaking. The competition was held not so long ago in France for the 37th time.
The fight for victory was fierce: 5,000 samples of wine from different countries claimed victory.
Wine Gibalbin 2012 is one of the most recommended wines of Andalusia, which was released on an international level.
